Instructions
First, boil the meat with mint, lentils, cumin, coriander, beans, cardamom, dried pepper, ginger, garlic, salt and 2 cups of water.
Now add the mashed potatoes to the meat and knead the whole mixture with a chopper (big knife).
Mix it well with the eggs, coriander powder, mint leaves, raw pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder.
now take a small amount in your hand and make it in kababs shape
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry all the kababs brown and it's ready to serve .
