Instructions
At first heat the oil in a nonstick pan and add cumin and turmeric powder.
Then add chopped onions on the oil and fry for two minutes.
Slowly add the chopped chillies, dried pepper powder and ginger paste then mix them well.
After 2-3 minutes,pour the egg and keep stirring for three to four minutes.
When the eggs are neat, take out the pan and pour it on the plate and serve hot Masala Scrambled egg.
