Instructions
First remove the Mango shell and cut it , now mix it with salt and a little turmeric
Now wash the mung beans well and make half boil them in a pressure cooker with gourd and salt-turmeric powder.
Heat mustard oil in a pan and add panch foron, dried chillies and cumin seeds.
Fry the chopped mango with panchforon and add boiled gourd , little salt and sugar in it .
Now boil the daal with water according to the need.
finally pour some lemon juice on daal and then your daal is ready
