Instructions
First, clean the brain and mash it softly.
Now mix all ingredients except raw pepper and oil with brain.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion till brown then pour the marinated brain in it .
Mix everything properly and add chili and a little water .
When the water get soaked and the oil comes up, drop down and serve.
