Rosemary (Scientific name: Rosmarinus officinalis), is a woody, olfactory herb that is a member of the Lamiaceae family. In roasts, stews, salads, and pasta, rosemary is also the main ingredient. Rosemary adds dietary fiber and vitamins A, C, and B6 to the diet.
