Instructions
Wash the organic dry fish then boil it and mash it.
Heat the oil ,add garlic,ginger and cook it well then add shutki and cook.
Sauté with turmeric, coriander powder, chilli powder, fennel, salt, sauté for 8 to 10 minutes.then add onion and cook it.
When the onion get soft add sugar,lemon juice,green chili then mix some time . Drop down .
Decorate before serve it as you wish .
