Instructions
Marinate the pieces of Hilsha with garlic, ginger paste, turmeric, chilli , cumin powder and salt. Keep it marinated for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in pan , put the pieces.
Put a lid over the pan and cook for 1 to 2 minute
Now fry the other side of the fish pieces and put in on a plate.
Add chopped onions along with turmeric , ginger, garlic, green chillies in the oil which was used in frying fishes. Cook it untill onions turn red.
Add fried pieces of fishes in the fried onions, stirr softly then serve it
