At first mix chopped carrot,cucumber and all chopped fruits with lemon juice.
Now mix all ingredients with sour and sweet curd except chopped coriander,mint, ground cumin and fried cashews.
Now add chopped fruits with the curd mix and toss it well.
At last Pour chopped coriander,mint, ground cumin and fried cashews over it on served dish and serve
