Instructions
Make sure ChickPeas is soaked at least for 8 hours.
Mix ½ cup onion with ChickPeas.
Put 2 cloves of garlic.
Add 1 spoon Paprika.
Add 1 spoon of Coriander Powder, cumin powder, baking soda and black pepper powder.
Put Coriander leaves, min leaves and capsicam.
Put salt and 2 pcs of green chili.
Put everything in a blender and make sure it becomes completely paste-like.
Add a bit of lemon and 1 spoon of Atta.
Turn the Falafel into small balls.
Now, it’s time to go for the final step.
Put sunflower oil in your fry pan and wait for the maximum heat.
Put those balls and fry them.
You may add some sauce, lemon and Cucumber while serving at the table.
