Instructions
First, mix the chicken, eggs, cornflower, ginger and garlic paste, 2 teaspoons salt and water and leave the mixture for 30 minutes.
Now heat the oil in a pan and pour the pieces of meat and fry them light brown.
Now fry onion and capsicum in hot oil.
Then add salt, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and slices of fried meat then mix well ,add some water and cover with lid.
.When the water get soaked & the meat is boiled , drop down and serve.
