Instructions
At first Clean the chicken pices then marinate with garlic ginger paste, salt .Then keep it in fridge for 2 hours.
Now in a pan fry chicken pieces in oil and ghee. Take the pieces out then add all the spices except fried onion and cook.
Add curd after cooking spices mix for two minutes, cook it with the curd for two more minutes. Cook the chicken in it while adding fried onions in it.
Add one cup of water cook it in low flame for 20 minutes
In another pan, cook Polao with all it’s ingredients.When half cooked add chicken and cook in low flame for half an hour.
Your dish is ready ,now you can serve it as you want
