Perkidopa Tablet 100mg+10mg

Indication:

Treatment of Parkinson's disease

Dosage & Administration:

Usual Initial Dosage: If Perkidopa™ 110 is used, dosage may be initiated with one tablet three or four times a day. Dosage may be

increased by one tablet every day or every other day until a total of eight tablets (2 tablets q.i.d.) is reached.

Maintenance dose: When more levodopa is required, Perkidopa™ 275 should be substituted for Perkidopa™ 110. If necessary, the

dosage of Perkidopa™ 275 may be increased by one-half or one tablet every day or every other day to a maximum of eight tablets a

day. Experience with total daily dosages of carbidopa greater than 200 mg is limited.

Preparation:

Perkidopa™ 110 Tablet: Each box contains 30 tablets in blister pack.

Perkidopa™ 275 Tablet: Each box contains 30 tablets in blister pack.
