Ripe mangoes are collected from the orchards and pulp is made following the hygienic process for Orgin Mango Bar. According to the recipe, sugar, spices, and citric acid are mixed and pasteurized. It is then cooled, cut according to weight and packed in food grade foil following a hygienic process through an automatic packaging machine.
