Marine fish are collected directly from fishers for making our Orgin Dried Fish. The fish scales, fins, tails, entrails and sometimes the head are cut off. Then it is washed well with clean water and spread on the dryer inside the greenhouse shed. The temperature inside the shed is always kept at 60 degrees Celsius until the moisture reaches a certain level.
