The raw Katla fish is directly sourced from Monpura island, located in the Bay of Bengal. The fish is directly fetched from our pond on the island. The fish are between 3KG to 3.5 KG in weight. Bengali cut pieces of Freshwater Katla that are caught fresh, cut, and cleaned. These are Medium pieces of Bengali Cuts of freshwater Katla, that are perfect for curries or fish fry.
