This is a product of the premium Monpura product line which we introduced for purely natural and organic quality. The raw Grass carp fish is directly sourced from the Monpura island, located at the Bay of Bengal. The fish is directly fetched from our pond on the island. The fish are between 3KG to 3.5 KG in weight. Bengali cut pieces of Freshwater Grass Carp that are caught fresh, cut, and cleaned. These are Medium pieces of Bengali Cuts of freshwater Grass carp, that are perfect for curries or fish fry. Grass Carp is a soft-textured bony fish with a subtle flavour.
