The raw Kalibaus fish is directly sourced from the Monpura island, located at the Bay of Bengal. The fish is directly fetched from our pond of the island. The fishes are between 1KG to 1.5 KG in weight. Bengali cut pieces of Freshwater Kalibaus that's caught fresh, cut, cleaned. These are Medium pieces of Bengali Cuts of freshwater Kalibaus, that are perfect for curries or fish fry. Kalibaus is a soft-textured bony fish with a subtle flavour.
