Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) developed the Bari-4 mango by crossing a mango from the state of Florida in America with the Ashina mango of Bangladesh. The taste of this mango is excellent, sweet when raw and sweet when ripe. Looks like a bony mango but has a hump like a camel's hump near the tip. The mango is very juicy and large. These mango pods have a beautiful red-yellow color combination that looks very beautiful. But not all mangoes have this color.
