Black cardamom is a spice belonging to the Zingiberaceae family. It is also known as the queen of spices for its wonderful fragrance. It has the highest production in Nepal and the presence of this spice can also be noticed in recipes of India, Pakistan, Bhutan, Chi, Italy, and Indonesia.
