Managers Event

Like every year, a ‘Managers Event’ was held for the employees working at Chaldal.com. This event was held on 15th of November, 2018 at ICT Center, Agargaon, Dhaka. All the Directors and Managers of every department attended event. Waseem Alim (CEO) and ZIA Ashraf (COO) were also present at the event.

The event was organized to keep the consistency of the internal communication and to assist each other. Not only that, the topic of the event was to find the way to solve internal problems. In order to find ways to solve the internal problems, CEO and COO exchanged their views with all the directors from every department.

Every branch manager were able to exchange their views separately to ensure better customer service and product quality. Many steps were taken for availing the benefits of the customers’ of Chaldal. In order to improve proper customer service, internal interaction is hardly required. So, the representatives had taken an initiative to ensure mutual contact with each other.

Finally, to increase and improve better customer service was the main subject of discussion through the event.
