Ans: The minimum transaction amount must be BDT 3000.

3. What is the maximum cashback amount a customer can receive during the campaign?
Ans:  A customer can receive a maximum cashback of BDT 1,000 during the entire campaign period from NCC Bank. However, the maximum cashback a customer can receive from Chaldal is BDT 500.

4. When will I receive the cashback?
Ans: The cashback amount will be credited to the cardholder’s account within one month after the end of the campaign period.
