A. Chaldal Daily was created keeping in mind the bare essentials needed for Bangladeshis to get by every day. It was created during a time of crisis (COVID-19 outbreak in 2020) to cater to a wide audience, minimizing contact and delivery times.
Chaldal Daily only serves one address per customer which you have to fill out when signing up for the service. Orders are prepaid so you must recharge your Chaldal credit to place an order. You can browse the site or use our search engine to find your desired products. You can then add them to your shopping bag and click on place order. A Chaldal representative will then deliver your order right to your home or office. No cash needs to be exchanged , thereby ensuring hygiene and efficiency.
Q. How much do deliveries cost?
A. There is a BDT 19 delivery fee for every order.

Q. How long do the deliveries take?
A. Orders need to be placed by 11:59 PM to be delivered by 11 AM the next morning.

A. Chaldal Daily only accepts pre-paid orders via Chaldal Credit. To recharge your Credit, we support debit cards, credit cards, bKash, and internet banking.
Q. How do I recharge?
To recharge your Credit, please select “Shopping Credit” and then “Recharge”. We support debit cards, credit cards, bKash, and internet banking. You will be unable to place your order if you do not have enough credit.
Q. Can I have multiple addresses under one account?
A. No you cannot. One e-mail address and one contact number at a time can only be associated with one Chaldal Daily account.
Q. How do I change my delivery address?
A. To change your address, please contact our customer service through live chat. We will only change your delivery address if you are able to verify a change of address.
Q. Do you accept cash?
We do not accept cash on delivery. All orders are prepaid either through credit/debit card, bKash, or online banking.

A. We try to only list items that we can ensure stock availability of. If an item is out of stock, we will restock it within 2-3 days.

A. We work during hartals.And government shutdowns.That is how dedicated we are.
Q. Why should we buy from you when I have a store nearby?
A. It is safer and more hygienic to remain indoors. Let us do your grocery shopping for you.

A. We use our own fleet to deliver. Our goal is to deliver the products to your place on time.
Q. What is your policy on refunds?
A. We will refund the credit to your account if we cannot deliver an item in your order. We do not offer any other types of refunds.

A. We do not offer discounts on Chaldal Daily as we try to price everything as low as possible.

Q. Should I tip the delivery representative?
A. Tips are not required. But our delivery team members appreciate recognition for their hard work. Delivery representatives keep the entire tip amount.
