4. In which channels can I make this payment to get the cashback?
Ans: You can avail this cashback by paying through any of the following bKash channels:

5. Is there any chance that my cashback will be delayed? What should I do?

6. What happens if I don’t receive my cashback?
Ans: If your bKash account is not active or incoming transactions are blocked, you will not get cashback. For other technical issues, bKash will retry cashback up to 3 times within 2 months after the campaign. If all attempts fail, cashback will not be given.
7. How long will the Chaldal and bKash offer be valid?
Ans: This offer is valid until 21 March, 2026.
8. What happens if a customer returns or refunds an order?
Ans: If a customer returns a product and requests a refund, the customer will not be eligible for cashback. Any cashback previously received against that order will also be deducted.
