Instructions
Firstly, put water and sugar in a pan, place it over stove.
Add cinnamon stick, cardamom to sugar water mixture.
Now, in another pan put ghee and oil , heat the ghee , oil.
Put semolina in the hot oil, fry it nicely.
When semolina turns red , add sugar syrup and keep stirring.
While stirring, semolina will start to reduce water in it, it will start to separate from the pan, then serve it in a dish.
