Instructions

  1. Add 80g fresh or frozen mango, 80g apple (cored and roughly chopped), most of 1 tsp crushed cardamom seeds (from pods), 100g 0% fat yogurt, 1 tbsp coconut, 75ml milk, and a handful of ice to a high-powered blender.
  2. "Blend everything until the mixture is smooth and creamy. "
  3. "Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses. "
  4. "Top with 1 tsp finely sliced shelled, unsalted pistachios and a light sprinkle of the remaining crushed cardamom for garnish. "
  5. "Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing and aromatic drink! "
