Instructions
Make the milk half by cooking, then add cardamom, cinnamon with the thick milk and cook.
Now add sugar and powder milk in the thick milk.
Take a pan, add ghee and semai then mix adding nuts , rasins also.
Cook the semail untill it turns red and spread it on a bowl. Take 3 cup of hot milk out of 4 cup , put it over semai.
When semai will absorb all the milk , spread malai on top of it. Then add rest amount of milk and serve it
