Instructions

  1. Make the milk half by cooking, then add cardamom, cinnamon with the thick milk and cook.
  2. Now add sugar and powder milk in the thick milk.
  3. Take a pan, add ghee and semai then mix adding nuts , rasins also.
  4. Cook the semail untill it turns red and spread it on a bowl. Take 3 cup of hot milk out of 4 cup , put it over semai.
  5. When semai will absorb all the milk , spread malai on top of it. Then add rest amount of milk and serve it
