Instructions

  1. Mix all the spices with the Hilsha Fish and keep it in the fridge to marinate, it can be 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, take a clean container and mix the Sour Yogurt and Sugar in it.
  3. Then, put a Fry Pan on the stove and heat the oil.
  4. And, keep stirring it with the onion.
  5. After that, put the marinated fish in it.
  6. Stir carefully, and cover it with the lid.
  7. After a while, stir it for 4 to 5 minutes and give the coconut milk.
  8. When the spices become thick, leave the mixture of Sour Yogurt and Sugar.
  9. And, leave the sliced chili as well.
  10. Finally, when the oil rises up, take the curry down from the stove.
