1st you need to put salt along with rice in the boiling water, cook it until rice is half boiled.
Marinate the fish with ghee ( butteroil) and other ingredients for 10 minutes.
Cook the marinated fish for 10 minutes in low flame.
Now spread the fishes, aloo bokhara, green chillies in the pan. Then mix raisins with half boiled rice, rest of the oil and ghee has to be put on top of the rice.
Cook it for 5 minutes after adding some water.
Keep a spreaded pan on stove, close the pan with it's lid and cook for 30 minutes in low flame.
