Instructions
Marinate the hilsha fish pieces with chilli powder, turmeric powder , salt , keep it for 15 minutes.
Let the oil be hot in the pan, then fry the fish pieces lightly
Use the oil in which fishes were fried, fry chillies, chopped onions, chopped garlic in it
Now take mustard oil, chopped garlic , and mix it with fried fishes, chillies, chopped onions then serve it
