First, boil the milk until it thickens
Now add grated carrots in milk, stir it nicely.
In medium flame keep stirring until carrots becomes soft.
Now, step by step add sugar, cardamom, cinnamon , keep stirring it until milk dries out..
After milk has dried out, keep it in low flame , add ghee , stir once
When the halwa becomes golden in color, add pistachio in it, serve it piping hot.
