Instructions

First, break 4/5 eggs into a dry mixing bowl and break it well.
Then add quantitatively salt on it and mix it well by egg beater.
After that, add 2 tablespoons of liquid milk to the beaten egg and mix it again.
When the eggs and milk are mixed well, then it will have to stir with green chili, coriander leaves, capsicum, carrot and some white pepper powder.
After that, take a nonstick fry pan and put 1 table spoon of oil on it.
Remove the excess oil with tissue.
During the time of making omelet, the stove fire should be very less.
Now, stir the egg mixture again.
Now, put 1 teaspoon of egg mixture in the hot fry pan and sprinkle the whole mixture in it.
If the mixture of egg is done, fold and keep it open slightly at the end.
Now, pour some egg mixture again, and sprinkle the whole egg mixture in the frying pan.
Wait for a while, and fold the fried mixture, and fold the mixture well.
Finally, fry the egg mixture in the same process until the egg mixture ends.
