Instructions
Cut 2 Tilapia fillets into small bite-sized cubes and pat dry using a paper towel.
In a bowl, measure and mix 3 tsp rice flour, 1 tsp plain flour, 1 tsp Rajah tandoori powder, ÂŊ tsp garlic powder, and â tsp salt.
Slowly add cold water (as needed) and whisk until you get a smooth batter that is loose but not too runny.
Coat the fish pieces evenly in the batter.
Deep fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Drain on kitchen towel and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
