Extract 2 shots of coffee using the blender Machine. Set aside.
Peel and scrape the flesh from 1 ripe mango. Add it to a blender with 1 cup cold water and 2 tablespoons sugar. Blend until smooth.
Froth 0.25 cup full cream milk using the blender machine until it becomes foamy.
To assemble, fill a glass with 0.5 cup ice cubes, pour in the mango juice, add the coffee , and top with the frothed milk.
Stir gently if desired, and enjoy your Cold Mango Coffee!
